- Registration in the system (personal account)
To start using UniTalk services, you need to register in the system. This can be done on our UniTalk website by clicking the “Login / Register” button in the upper right corner:

After that, a window for registration in the system will open:
In the registration field, you need to perform a few simple steps:
- enter your name, e-mail and phone number;
- think up and enter a password (the password must be at least 6 characters long) and repeat the password entry in the adjacent field;
- click the “Register” button.
After successful registration, you will receive the message “Registration successful”, to continue working in the system and proceed to the next step – creating a project – click “Get started”:
- Project creation
To start working in the UniTalk system, you will be suggested to create a new project:
To create a new project, you just need to follow 3 simple steps:
- Choose which services you plan to connect: IP-telephony, Callback button or Call Tracking and press “Next”:
If you have doubts about what kind of service you need, please contact us and tell us what tasks you plan to solve with the help of IP-telephony, – our manager will help you choose the best option. If you plan to use more than one service, but several, choose the “IP telephony” service, other necessary services can be easily added in your personal account.
- Specify the approximate number of your employees who will use telephony:
- And the quantity of phone numbers, which you plan to use:
Based on the specified data, the system will automatically select the optimal tariff plan for you:
If you are not sure how many employees will use telephony, and how many numbers you need, it does not matter. You can choose any values. The tariff plan that the system activates can be changed at any time in your personal account. And our managers will help you choose the best tariff plan for you.
To complete the project creation, think up and enter a name for your project and click “Next”:
Note: the name of the project must contain at least 4 characters (English letters, numbers, only “-” characters are allowed)
Done! The project has been successfully created. Now you can enter your personal account using your login details:
In order to fully use the full functionality of the UniTalk personal account, there are only two steps left: confirm your email and confirm your contact phone number.
- Email confirmation
After registering in the UniTalk system, you must confirm the e-mail that you specified during registration. To your e-mail will be sent letter with the subject “Registration Confirmation”: log in to your email and check your inbox (if you didn’t receive an email, check your spam folder), open the email and click “Confirm email”).
After successfully verifying the email, you will see the message “Mail confirmed”. Click “Continue”:
- Phone number verification
After confirming the e-mail, the UniTalk personal account section will open, in which you need to confirm the contact phone number that you specified during registration. After you click “Confirm by calling”, the system will automatically make a call to the specified contact phone. To confirm the phone number, you must accept the call and press “1” to confirm.
