Possibilities of integrating UniTalk with LP-CRM

LP-CRM – it is an application software for customer relationship management business. The system allows you to receive and process orders, monitor the shipment of goods and control the goods on the way, control the payment for the goods.
Integration of IP-telephony UniTalk and LP-CRM is completely free. Connecting the integration is described in detail in the instructions on the LP-CRM website. In the UniTalk account, it is enough to set up the API: create an API key in UniTalk and add WebHooks for the events “New call”, “Call redirected”, “Call answered” and “Call ended.” In the webhooks, include the link provided by the LP-CRM system.
Integration of UniTalk with LP-CRM gives you a number of possibilities.
Outgoing call directly from the LP-CRM office.
Ability to make outgoing calls directly from the order card. To do this, click the Call button and select UniTalk.
Create an order on a call in one click.
With incoming calls, you can create an order by call. To do this, click the “Save order” button in the call widget that appears.
Saving calls in the LP-CRM account.
In the LP-CRM account, incoming calls are stored only when an order is created and outgoing calls made directly from the order card.
UTM tags and other data in the order card.
It is possible to send UTM tags to the order card: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content. This will help you find out the source of the call and analyze the effectiveness of your online advertising.

When making calls in the LP-CRM cabinet, a pop-up window appears in which you will see information about the call, about saving the audio recording, and, if necessary, you can create an order directly from the widget.
Launching automatic calling.
You can launch auto-calling and guaranteed dialing directly from the LP-CRM account using the specified functionality. You have the ability to add numbers to the call, remove numbers from the call, view call statuses, restart the call according to the selected parameters, and pause it.
Adding an order to LP-CRM by activating the voice menu.
You can set up automatic creation of orders in the LP-CRM account when the client activates the voice menu. To do this, check if an API key has been created in the LP-CRM system for interacting with CRM.
Then, in the settings of the UniTalk module, be sure to select “Voice menu button” and “Event in CRM” – “Add order”. You can also additionally configure the fields that will be automatically filled in when creating an order.
In the UniTalk account, the voice menu should be configured in this way. The voice menu button is the same. Just add a link for the voice menu webhook.
When calling with the activation of the voice menu, a new order will be automatically created.

Possibility to add numbers to the calling by event in LP-CRM.
You can choose a calling to which numbers from the order will be automatically added when the order status changes in LP-CRM. Or when adding an order (only for orders added via API).
