Access rights in the UniTalk personal account
When creating a project in your UniTalk personal account and adding employees in the “Users” section, create your own sip line for each employee, for this you need to “Add a sip line” (example below), their quantity is equal to the quantity of employees and must correspond to your tariff plan .
To assign a certain role to each employee with the appropriate access rights, in the same “Users” section, select “Add user”, fields that need to be filled in will appear:

You can assign a specific role to each of the users (owner, manager, administrator, manager, operator), each of which corresponds to certain access rights and has certain functionality and capabilities.

1. Operator has access to:
- call history
- contacts
- general statistics, statistics by operators, work schedule (view)
- users (view)
- my account
- technical support
- finance (viewing tariffs)

- project exit
2. Manager has access to:
- call history
- contacts, departments
- general statistics, statistics by operators, work schedule (view)
- users (view)

- technical support
- finance (viewing tariffs)

- project exit
3. The manager has the opportunity to:
- call history, requests
- contacts, incoming scripts, departments, outside lines, voice menu, audio files
- guaranteed dialing
- auto call
- sites (view)
- general statistics, statistics by operators, work schedules

- technical support
- finance (viewing tariffs)
- projects
- exit
4. Administrator:
- call history, requests
- contacts, incoming scripts, outgoing scripts, departments, external lines, voice menu, audio files

5. The owner has the same capabilities as the administrator + additionally the ability to delete the project.
