To use telephony services, it is important not to forget to replenish the balance on time, but what to do if you already have everything under control, “and they keep calling and calling!”. For our part, we do our best to make sure that payment for services is made on your balance on time, so that they, in turn, are provided correctly and on time.
We inform you by sending notifications to Email, Telegram, and also call with a reminder about replenishment. Sometimes you receive requests to inform only through one communication channel, for example, only by calling, or only by mailing to Telegram.
For our part, we can offer to visit your personal account, in the section “Project Settings” and, for example, disable receiving notifications in Telegram, but leave email notifications enabled, or disable both checkboxes and then we will call you and remind you of the need to replenish the balance before the end of the payment period in a couple of days.
And do not forget to take advantage of the promotion valid every year from 01.12 to 30.12! When paying for a service package for 12 months, you will be credited 12% to your bonus account, and when replenishing for 24 months, you will be credited 24% to your bonus account.
