We have added integration with the Creatio service.
When making incoming and outgoing calls, Creatio will automatically create leads or contacts and orders. Each call to UniTalk creates an activity in Creatio.
It is also possible to make outgoing calls directly from the Creatio account, if the Creatio user is assigned a UniTalk internal line.
In addition, the UniTalk widget with information about calls, leads, contacts, and orders is displayed in the Creatio account.
