After three months, this amount increases to 30,000-40,000 UAH. Meanwhile, Middle and Senior Sales Managers can earn from 75,000 to 150,000 UAH. However, there are no strict limits \u2014 it all depends on your motivation, efficiency, and the number of successfully closed deals!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the probation period, we offer you a financial safety net, so you don\u2019t have to worry during your onboarding. The average income after onboarding is about 30,000-40,000 UAH, but remember, this is just the beginning, and there are no limits on results.
