Experience will be useful, but what you don’t know, we will explain and teach:

  • Experience with transactions and leads in CRM.
  • Experience in communication with decision makers.
  • Correct written and oral speech.
  • Understanding the basic principles of telephone networks and automatic telephone exchanges (we will teach all the subtleties).
  • Connecting clients to a cloud-based IP telephony system, assistance in resolving issues, consultation on setting up.
  • Advising clients on the services provided by the company.
  • Setting up a client cabinet (via the web interface).
  • Training users to use the service on their own and use the services of the company correctly.
  • Receiving customer requests via phone call or chatbot.
