To continue our success, we are looking for a Sales Manager who can turn clients from «I need to think about it» to «Send the invoice, I’ll pay today.»

What you will do:
- Close successful deals (leads are already qualified for you)
- Communicate with clients by phone and meet online, occasionally offline
- Create, present, and negotiate commercial proposals
- Draft and sign contracts and invoices (as needed)
- Assist clients in setting up their projects and provide training
- Keep up-to-date data in our CRM, the world’s top system, Zoho
- Collaborate with other departments
- Enjoy the process and earn commissions from hitting your targets.
We’ll be a perfect match if you:
- Have 1+ year of experience in B2B sales and want to work in this field
- Are comfortable working in an office in Kyiv (near Kontraktova Ploshcha)
- Are ready to learn the technical aspects of our products and can explain them in a way a child would understand
- Are willing to learn scripts and sales techniques
- Can give 120% and do better than the competition
- Are driven by results and the desire to earn a lot.
It’s not mandatory, but it would be a big plus if you have:
- Experience working in Telecom, SaaS companies, IT outsourcing, or Digital agencies
- English or Polish at B2+ level.
Now, the most interesting part — how much?
In the sales department, a Junior Sales Manager typically earns between 25,000 to 30,000 UAH. After three months, this amount increases to 30,000-40,000 UAH. Meanwhile, Middle and Senior Sales Managers can earn from 75,000 to 150,000 UAH. However, there are no strict limits — it all depends on your motivation, efficiency, and the number of successfully closed deals!
During the probation period, we offer you a financial safety net, so you don’t have to worry during your onboarding. The average income after onboarding is about 30,000-40,000 UAH, but remember, this is just the beginning, and there are no limits on results. Currently, the sales department record is 250,000 UAH — someone needs to break it! ✨🚀
