How to receive-make calls?

This option is suitable only for those users who are 100% of the time in the office, as they need a stable Internet, cable or stable Wi-Fi. (3G-4G is not stable enough for calls everywhere).
How it works?
The user will make / receive calls through a special program (there are free ones) for calls installed on a smartphone or on a PC / tablet with a connected headset (headphones with microphone).This way to provide an employee’s workplace requires another phone number (s). You can allocate a number for each of the users, or one or more numbers for all employees, for example, a number for a department. Multiline numbers allow multiple simultaneous calls to pass through so that all employees can call at the same time.

This option is suitable for those users who do not spend part of their working time NOT in the office, and they do not have access to a stable Internet.
How it works?
The user will make/receive calls through a special FMC sim card from lifecell (175 UAH/month). The whole feature of the FMC sim card is that it does not have the usual tariff, nothing is included in it, no minutes for other operators, no Internet and SMS. (internet and SMS can be ordered for an additional fee).This way of securing an employee’s workplace does NOT require additional phone number(s). Each user will have an individual FMC sim card number. FMC sim card numbers are single channel, only allow one call at a time, so each employee needs an individual number.
These options can be combined, for one FMC employee a sim card, for another line in the programs.
