How does it work?

The intelligent algorithm of the UniTalk system predicts the volume of applications required to maximize the load on your agents.

Forecasting is carried out on the basis of various statistical data:

  • the average duration of a conversation between your agents and customers;
  • the time of post-processing by the operator of the client’s request;
  • the percentage of dialing in the contact database.

The predictive dialing system makes several outgoing calls to phone numbers from your contact list at once, automatically predicting the number of free employees in a specific period of time.
