To use telephony services, it is important not to forget to top up your balance on time, but what to do if you have everything under control, “and they keep calling and calling!”. On our part, we are trying our best to make sure that payment for services is made on your balance on time, so that they, in turn, are provided correctly and on time

We inform by sending notifications to Email, Telegram, and also call with a reminder about replenishment. Sometimes you request to inform only through one communication channel, for example, only by phone, or only by sending a message to Telegram

For our part, we can offer you to go to your personal account, to the “Project Settings” section and, for example, disable receiving notifications in Telegram, but leave notifications on Email, or disable both checkboxes and then we will call you and remind you of the need to top up your balance a couple of days before the end of the payment period.
