TOP-UP BALANCE: HOW AND WHERE TO TOP UP, WAYS TO TOP UP YOUR BALANCE

To start or continue using UniTalk services, you need to top up your balance. You can do this by logging into your UniTalk personal account in the “Finance”“Balance” section:

Next, move the cursor over the “Your balance” field and the field for entering the amount will appear. Enter the amount by which you want to top up your balance:

If you don’t know how much you need to top up your balance, contact us. Our managers will analyze your communication costs and help you calculate the amount of payment.

After entering the amount to be deposited, click the Deposit button and you will be offered various payment methods:

Choose the payment method that suits you and click “Pay”.

Ways to replenish the balance

You can replenish your balance in any way convenient for you: by bank card, cashless payment according to your account, as well as through various payment systems:

Fill in the information required to generate an invoice and click “Pay”.

The terms “Payment purpose” and “Payer” initially contain only the account number and data that you entered when registering in the system. To automatically fill these fields with the data you need, go to the “Project settings” section in your personal account, in the “Finance” subsection, and enter your company’s data in the empty fields. In the “Payment purpose” field, you should enter only “Telecommunication services”. After making changes and clicking the “Save” button, the data you entered will be automatically displayed in the invoice as the payer’s data.
