This instruction will show you where to quickly find the recommended top-up amount (considering tariffs and services) and how to thoroughly analyze all your past expenses. When you control your finances, you control your business.
Information on how much you need to top up your balance to have enough money during the payment period to pay for the tariff plan, additional services and outgoing communication costs.
- In order to replenish your balance, you need to log in to your UniTalk personal cabinet and select the section “Finance” – “Balance” – “Top up” and enter the payment amount, choosing a payment method and payer that is convenient for you:
- To view information about the required top-up amounts, select the section “Finance” – “My tariff” – in this section you can see how many services you have connected and what is the total amount to be paid:
You can sort the information in the “Finance” – “Balance” section of the menu. To do this, as shown below, select “Operations”, then “All operations” and select the parameter by which you want to sort. For example, if you select sorting by calls, you will be able to see on what date and time the call was made, as well as its cost.
