UniTalk team planted barberries for the International Climate Protection Day

Publication date: 15.05.2023

UniTalk joined the International Day for Climate Protection, which is celebrated annually on May 15, and planted an alley of shrubs in the park next to the office.

We chose barberries for planting — ornamental shrubs with useful properties, whose leaves have an unusual red and yellow color. The area with the new plantings was named the “Alley that connects hearts”.

— UniTalk is a business with a human face, and we are happy to implement charitable and social initiatives, the most important of which is the “Call Your Own” charity project. This time, we decided to do another good deed, to take care of the environment and decorate the park with a barberry alley. After all, every plant, tree or bush is important for climate protection, — commented the organizers of the UniTalk eco-initiative.

The International Day for Climate Protection was proclaimed in 1993 by a UN General Assembly resolution to draw the international community’s attention to climate change.
