How the service works?

After an incoming call from the client (usually, the client hears a greeting and a message stating, “please wait, we will call you back”), the call is automatically dropped, and immediately after that, an outbound call is made to the client.

INSTRUCTION: Service Activation

To activate this service, in the section “IP-telephony” – “External Lines”, you need to set a flag next to the “callback” service in the number settings, and then select an audio file. If an audio file is not selected, the incoming call will simply be dropped.
