UniTalk trial period and what it includes

We offer all our new users the opportunity to test UniTalk services free of charge for 14 days. During the trial period, you have access to the same functionality and features as during the paid period. You will be able to evaluate the capabilities and convenience of UniTalk service, understand all the tools and functions of your personal account, configure and test the functionality and quality of our IP telephony, Click to Call callback button, Call Tracking service, etc.

What is included in the trial period?
The free trial period includes the cost of all UniTalk services, namely:

  • Tariff plan
  • Additional services (internal SIP line; external number maintenance; number maintenance in static Call Tracking; maintenance of a tracked number)
  • Callback button Click to Call
  • Call Tracking service
  • “Auto callback” service
  • Guaranteed callback service
  • Additional minutes of call record storage

The trial period does not include the cost of connecting and renting SIP phone numbers, outgoing call charges (except for calls using personal SIP numbers), SMS and Internet traffic (for FMC numbers), call charges for the Auto Callback and Guaranteed Dialer services, as these services are provided by telecom operators and the cost of these services is formed and regulated by telecom operators. To use paid services, you need to top up your balance in the section “Finance” → “Balance

How do I order a free trial?

On the UniTalk website, click “Try 14 days for free”

You are done! You have a 14-day trial period. Now you can add a number to use for calls, set up scenarios for receiving and making calls, and/or other necessary functionality, depending on what tasks you plan to solve with the UniTalk service:

After activating the trial period, all the features and functions of our service are already available for customization in your personal account.
