To continue our success, we are looking for a Lead Qualification Manager, someone who will be the first point of contact with potential clients and help Sales Managers close deal after deal💪🏻

We will teach you, support you, and provide you with the necessary tools to make you feel confident and ready to achieve new heights. We will help you improve your communication with clients and gain valuable and interesting experience in B2B sales. Your manager will always be there to support and inspire you to achieve success.

What you will do:
- Communicate with potential clients (calls, chats), and determine if we are a good fit for each other
- Pass qualified leads to Sales Managers, help schedule calls and meetings with them
- Enter up-to-date data into our top-of-the-line CRM system, Zoho
- Build good relationships with other departments😊
We will be a perfect match if you:
- Have or want to gain experience in B2B sales and desire to work in this field
- Are comfortable working in the Kyiv office (Kontraktova Ploshcha metro station)
- Easily understand technical information and can explain it in simple terms
- Are willing to learn scripts and sales techniques
- Can give 120% effort and outperform competitors.
Not mandatory but a big plus:
- Experience in Telecom, SaaS companies, IT outsourcing, Digital agencies
- English or Polish language proficiency at B2+ level.
