UniTalk personal account balances
This article provides an overview of all balance types within the UniTalk user account.
Main, bonus, and credit balances are located in Finance – Balance, the referral balance is available in Finance – Referral program.
Viewing all balances is available only to the project owner—the person who created the project and has the “Owner” role. A user with the Administrator role can view all balances except the referral balance, as they do not have access to the Referral Program section.

UniTalk account balance types
Personal funds – are the assets on the main balance credited by the user via invoice or electronic payment systems. In special cases, UniTalk staff may top up the main balance — for example, as a compensation or a billing adjustment.
Funds from the main balance can be used to pay for all services, including rental phone numbers and outbound call charges.
Bonus funds or simply bonuses are the assets held on the bonus balance. Only UniTalk employees can top up the bonus balance, as a reward for participating in promotions, testing new features, etc.”
The bonus balance takes priority over the main balance; therefore, bonus funds will be spent first.
Bonus funds can be used to cover the subscription fees (monthly payments) for all UniTalk services, excluding phone number rentals.
Excluded services, payable only from the main balance:
billing for outbound calls from rental phone numbers;
billing for predictive dialing, autodialing, and API calls from both personal and rental phone numbers;
one-time services, such as answering machine detection and SMS notifications;
charges for the connection and subscription fees of phone numbers rented via the UniTalk dashboard;
Credit funds – funds credited to the main balance only by UniTalk employees. This option is available for situations where an urgent balance top-up is needed, but the user is unable to pay immediately or the payment is delayed.
Credit funds can be obtained upon request from UniTalk employees
Eligibility requirements:
Use of the UniTalk service for at least three months or at least three top-ups, with a total amount of no less than 5,000 UAH.
Max credit amount: up to 30% of the user’s monthly expenditures.
The processing time for credit fund requests is up to 5 days.
Credit funds from the main balance can be used for all services, including rented phone numbers and their outbound call rates.
The referral balance is a UniTalk referral program balance where bonuses (funds) are accumulated. The referral balance is topped up automatically at the moment funds are deducted from the balances of referred partners brought via the referral program.
Funds from the referral balance can be withdrawn to a bank card, transferred to the main balance of your own project, or sent to the balance of another UniTalk project, for example, to one of your referrals.
