Bitrix24 Alternatives: TOP 12 alternatives for Ukrainian business
Ukrainian businesses are still using Bitrix24. There are fewer implementation requests due to security and reputational risks, but some companies continue to work with the European version of the product. The reasons vary: a familiar environment, migration costs, integration with accounting software, and even a lack of understanding of the real risks.
If you plan to say goodbye to Russian software, check out the best Bitrix alternatives from Ukrainian and foreign developers. We will tell you what functions they support, who they are suitable for, and how much they cost.
Criteria for choosing a Bitrix24 alternative
Bitrix24 was long considered a universal tool for project management, communications, and process automation — covering most tasks that helped a business work efficiently. This need remains, but new requirements have been added: corporate software must have no ties to the aggressor country, and ideally offer flexible customization without an overloaded interface and complex setup.
Functionality tailored to business specifics and tasks
Choose a solution where you won’t overpay for dozens of unused features. On the other hand, in the future, you may need tools that you don’t need right now. Therefore, look for a balance between “enough” and “excessive”.
User-friendly interface
The complex and confusing interface of the Russian CRM spawned many memes. If you are tired of a monster system that eats up time and money, choose a Bitrix24 competitor where developers thought about future users. If employees learn to work in the new system faster, they will accept the migration more easily and won’t resist the changes. This means their efficiency won’t drop during the transition period.
Simple implementation and integration with existing systems
Bitrix24 could not be configured without an integrator. Their work cost almost as much as the product license, and implementation dragged on for months. Specifications, reviews, and test demos will help you understand whether the alternative has the same drawbacks. Also, consider that the new system needs to be integrated with current services: IP telephony, messengers, website, warehouse management system, and marketing platforms. Therefore, it is good if, after migrating from Bitrix24, the alternative fits into the existing ecosystem, and you don’t have to give up familiar tools. Check with the vendor in advance whether the new system supports ready-made integrations or requires API setup.
Review the list of ready-made UniTalk integrations — this will help you make the right choice.
Scalability and pricing policy
A CRM should grow with the business. Therefore, evaluate the cost of the Bitrix24 alternative in perspective: how the number of users affects the price and what features you will have to pay extra for. Some solutions look affordable at the time of implementation but go over budget after scaling.
Support and localization
Documentation and training materials affect the speed of implementation and problem-solving. Ukrainian language support will be a plus only for local teams, but service availability is important for everyone: does the vendor have regional representatives, how quickly do support staff respond, and are there active user communities?
Data security and backups
An alternative to Bitrix24 is also sought because software from the aggressor country has become a target for cybercriminals. Client data has become one of the company’s main assets, so ensure the chosen CRM supports data encryption, two-factor authentication, and a transparent privacy policy.
The best Bitrix24 alternatives
We have collected solutions that can become a good alternative to Russian software, and in some cases, surpass it.
NetHunt CRM
A Ukrainian CRM system, available since 2015 and deeply integrated with the Google ecosystem: NetHunt literally “lives” inside Gmail. And the entire communication history, client card, and sales funnel are available right in the email interface.
Advantages
- Ready-made integrations with Telegram, Viber, Instagram, UniTalk, Slack, Looker Studio (GoogleData Studio), Way for Pay, and other services.
- Flexible automation: from creating reports to multi-stage sales chains.
- Fully functional app for iOS and Android.
- GDPR compliance for working with European clients.
- Transparent pricing without hidden surcharges for basic features.
Who it’s suitable for: A Bitrix24 alternative for small and medium-sized B2B companies, startups, agencies, and teams actively working in the Google Workspace ecosystem.
Limitations:
- inconvenient for warehouse accounting and manufacturing companies;
- limited project management capabilities.
Difference from Bitrix24
NetHunt was designed as a CRM for sales and is not overloaded with unnecessary modules; an integrator is not needed for implementation, and adaptation takes just a few days. NetHunt also supports an unlimited number of sales funnels on all plans, whereas in the Russian product, this is implemented only in the maximum plan.
Pricing
Four plans are available (price per 1 user per month):
- Basic — €10: basic tools for small teams;
- Basic Plus — €14: advanced features for growing companies;
- Business — €20: multi-channel sales and automation;
- Business Plus — €28: full automation and advanced analytics.

Advantages
- A single window for all communication channels.
- Tools for email and SMS marketing.
- Automated funnels, product management, and document flow.
- Unlimited number of deals, tasks, and contacts.

- large teams won’t have enough basic tools for project management.
Difference from Bitrix24
SendPulse is a marketing platform with an emphasis on working with the client base, segmentation, and automated communications. For implementation and integrating SendPulse with telephony and other services, an integrator is not required, and the system interface is intuitive.

- Free — up to 5 users, 2 funnels, 2 boards, unlimited deals and tasks.
- Standard — from $12/month (1 user, 2 funnels).
- Pro — from $36.80/month (up to 10 users, 5 funnels).

Keepin CRM
A Ukrainian CRM for the sales department, available since 2017. Comparison Table of Bitrix24 Alternatives
How to painlessly migrate data from Bitrix24
Ukrainian businesses delay migrating to an alternative CRM for various reasons. It seems that some data will inevitably be lost, and complex integration and adaptation will slow down business processes. Migration can indeed become a problem without a clear strategy, but this can be avoided by acting systematically.
Step 1. Audit your data before export
To avoid transferring old mistakes to the new platform, tidy up the database before unloading: delete data duplicates, outdated tasks, and unused automations.
Step 2. Export data from Bitrix24
The system allows exporting basic data in CSV and Excel formats using the built-in export tool (CRM → Contacts / Deals / Companies). Call history, internal chats, and some custom fields may not be exported in a standard format — check this in advance with the support team of the new CRM chosen as the Bitrix24 alternative.
Step 3. Prepare data for import
After export, bring the files to the format accepted by the new CRM. As a rule, you need to standardize column names, remove special characters and extra spaces, split combined fields (for example, “first name + last name”) into separate ones, check the correctness of phone numbers and emails.
Step 4. Use built-in import tools or third-party services
Many CRMs from our review have built-in import tools that allow you to upload data from a CSV file and manually map the fields. But if there is a lot of data, third-party migration services may be required.
Step 5. Migrate data in stages
Do not switch the whole team to the new system in one day, but act according to this scheme:
- transfer the contacts and companies database;
- check the correctness of the data on a test team;
- transfer open deals and active tasks;
- switch new incoming leads to work in the new system;
- fix the date to “freeze” the old database and transfer the entire team to the new CRM.
Step 6. Do not delete Bitrix24 immediately
Leave access to the old system for one or two months in “read-only” mode. This is an insurance policy in case you need to look up history for a specific client, and the data was not transferred correctly.
Choose solutions with a simple interface, affordable price, and quick start without an integrator: Keepin CRM, KeyCRM, SalesDrive, and KerujTM. They are not overloaded with extra functions, are easily configured for basic sales processes, and do not require a separate implementation budget.
Most in this review: Bitrix24 has a very high entry threshold, it is a system with complex implementation, inconvenient and overloaded interface. If you are looking for something simple to work with, pay attention to NetHunt, KeyCRM, and Keepin CRM.
For e-commerce, such Bitrix alternatives KeyCRM or RemOnline will suit. They are tailored to work with orders, integrate with popular marketplaces, delivery services, and cash register equipment.
The Ukrainian-language interface is available in NetHunt, KeyCRM, SalesDrive, Keepin CRM, Keruj, Perfectum, SendPulse CRM, OneBox, Creatio, and RemOnline. With them, businesses will not have to adapt their team to an English-language interface.
Yes, such solutions exist. For example, HubSpot has a full-fledged free plan with CRM, contact management, and basic analytics with no time limit. SendPulse CRM is also available for free at a basic level. Most other services offer a trial period.
