UniTalk trial period and what it includes

We provide all our new users with the opportunity to test UniTalk services free of charge for 14 days. During the trial period, the same functionality and features are available to you as in the paid period. You will be able to evaluate the capabilities and convenience of the UniTalk service, understand all the tools and functions of your personal account, configure and test the functionality and quality of our IP telephony, Click to Call callback buttons, Call Tracking services, etc.


What is included in the trial period?

The free trial period includes the cost of all UniTalk services, namely:

  • Tariff plan
  • Additional services (internal FMC line; internal SIP line; external number maintenance; number maintenance in static Call Tracking; monitored number maintenance; advanced user functionality; slot rental in GSM gateway)
  • Callback button “Click to Call”
  • «Call tracking» service
  • «Auto call» service
  • «Guaranteed call» service
  • Additional minutes to store call records

The trial period does not include the cost of connecting and renting SIP telephone numbers, billing of outgoing calls (except for calls using personal SIP numbers), the cost of SMS messages and internet traffic (for FMC numbers), tariffication of calls in the “Autocall” and “Guaranteed dialing” services, since these services are provided by telecom operators and the formation and regulation of the cost of these services occurs on the side of telecom operators. To use paid services, you need to replenish the balance in the “Finance” → “Balance” section

  • Done! You have been given a 14 day trial period. Now you can add a number that you will use for calls, set up scripts for receiving and making calls and / or other necessary functionality, depending on what tasks you plan to solve using the UniTalk service:
