Possibilities of integrating UniTalk with MoySklad

MoySklad – it is a SaaS system for warehouse management. It is successfully used in wholesale and retail trade, manufacturing, construction and for running an online store.
We integrate UniTalk IP telephony and MoySklad absolutely free. Connecting the integration is quite simple. You can quickly and precisely configure what data will be transferred to the MoySklad application for incoming and outgoing calls.
Integration of UniTalk with MoySklad opens up a number of possibilities for you.
Automatic creation and updating of counterparties.
You can select an organization for which new accounts will be automatically created for incoming calls. If the counterparty already exists, then all related information about orders and calls will be updated. All outgoing calls are also recorded in the corresponding cards. In this case, you can choose how the counterparties will be created – when calling or when the operator answers.
Automatic creation and updating of orders.
You can enable an option that will automatically create new orders with a certain status. But if there is no such need, then this option can be disabled.
Appointing a responsible employee and transferring the call to him.
You can assign an internal line from the UniTalk IP-telephony system to each employee of MoySklad office. This will allow you to automatically set the responsible employee when answering a call from a new client. Also, for each subsequent call from an existing client, transfer the call immediately to the responsible manager.
Outgoing calls from MoySklad account.
If you connect and configure the MoySklad Phone API application and assign extension lines to MoySklad account users, employees will be able to make outgoing calls directly from MoySklad office in one click. To do this, just click on the “Call” button in the counterparty card.
Widget in the browser with information about the current call.
For all incoming and outgoing calls in the MoySklad account, a widget with information about the call, counterparty and order is displayed in the browser. You can go to the client card directly from the widget window.
Sending data to additional order fields.
