ZohoCRM integration with IP telephony

To connect the UniTalk integration with ZohoCRM, log in to your account and click on the “Settings” button in the top menu:

Next, select the “Telephony” menu:

Click on the “Enable Phonebridge” button:

Then, in your UniTalk personal account, in the “Integration” menu, select “ZohoCRM V2“:

Click on the “Install” button:

Log in to the administrator account in ZohoCRM and select “Accept”:

Next, turn on the “Integration” slider in your UniTalk personal account. Using the slider, you can enable and disable the integration at any time without losing data.

Using the settings below, you can adjust the parameters you need. The “ClickToDial” slider allows click-to-call calls with ZohoCRM for all users. In order for the data to be transmitted, in the fields below you need to enter the numbers of the internal lines of the operators:

 

These numbers can be viewed in the “Users” tab in the “UniTalk” personal account:
