How and where top up balance
In order to start or extend the use of UniTalk services, it is necessary to top up the balance. This can be done by logging into your UniTalk personal account in the section “Finance” → “Balance”:
Further, when you hover over the “Your balance” field, a field for entering the amount will appear. Enter the amount you want to top up your balance:
If you do not know how much you need to top up your balance, please contact us, our managers will analyze your communication costs and help you calculate the payment amount.
After you deposit the amount to replenish, click “Deposit”, after which you will be offered various payment methods:

Choose the payment method that suits you and click “Pay”.
Ways to top up the balance
You can top up your balance in any way convenient for you: by bank card, by bank transfer, according to the invoice, as well as by various payment systems:
Payment through the “WayForPay” system withVISA or MasterCard:

You can choose, save or not save the bank card with which you make the payment for further payments. After clicking the “Pay” button, the page for entering data and payment will load:

Note. Payment is made with a 2.5% commission.
Payment by bank transfer (according to the invoice):
Payment according to the invoice is possible in any bank of Ukraine. The term for receiving funds to the balance is 3 business days.
Click “Pay” to generate an invoice:

The lines “Purpose of payment” and “Payer” initially contain only the account number, as well as the data that you entered when registering in the system. To further automatically fill in these fields with the data you need, go to the “Project settings” section in your personal account in the “Finance” subsection and enter your company’s data in the empty fields, the “Purpose of payment” field – you must enter only “Telecommunication services”. After making changes and clicking the “Save” button, the data you entered will be automatically displayed in the invoice as payer data:

Payment via«LiqPay» with VISA or MasterCard:

When choosing this payment method, after clicking the “Pay” button, the page for entering or registering in the “LiqPay” payment system will load:

Payment using the «Privat24» payment system:

Click «Pay» to load the page to enter the payment system «Privat24»:

Payment through Interkassa with VISA or MasterCard:

To top up your balance through the “Interkassa” payment system, click “Pay” and select payment using “Visa” or “MasterCard” (or any other of the proposed payment methods):
Note. Payment is made with a 4% commission.
Payment from Bitcoin wallet via Interkassa:

In order to top up your account using the “Bitcoin wallet” through the “Interkassa” payment system, click “Pay” and select “Bitcoin wallet” (or any other of the proposed payment methods):
