Instructions for connecting and configuring UniTalk and Creatio integration

1. Open the menu item Integration – Creatio in the UniTalk account. Or follow the link Enter your account name, login, and password. Click the “Connect” button.

2. Install the UniTalk connector at on your Creatio account.


Integration settings

Choose what you want to create in your Creatio account: leads or contacts and orders.

If you want customer cards to be created not only for incoming calls, but also for outgoing calls, enable the “Create contacts/leads/orders for outgoing calls” setting.


Set up responsible users of the Creatio account for missed calls for each day of the week.


Set up corporate numbers for Creatio account users. You can assign internal project numbers or GSM numbers to users.
