UniTalk is a business communications company.
The idea of developing our own product was born in 2014. The company itself was created and entered the market in 2017 under the TM Nextel. In 2022, the company rebranded and is now known worldwide as UniTalk.
UniTalk: universal [yoonəˈvərsəl] (English) – universal, talk [tôk] (English) – talk (ch.), conversation (n.).
UniTalk provides a wide range of its own services in the field of telecommunications for business, including IP telephony and virtual PBX, call tracking, recording telephone conversations, callback buttons and widgets for the site, and various types of telephone calls and routing, and much more.
We are trusted with the implementation of IP telephony and other services: in the public and private sectors, from small to large businesses in various fields.

STORY
2014

Company inception The idea was born to develop their software in the field of modern telecommunications. A concept, planning, and a package of technical specifications have been developed. A team of professional developers has been assembled. Start of implementation work.
2017

Development Three of our products were developed and launched at once – a call tracking service, an IP telephony service, and a callback button (widget) for websites.

Cooperation The company began to cooperate with the first telecom operators – Intertelecom (Ukraine) and Lifecell (Ukraine). The year was remembered for the first payment for services from the first customers who still use the services.

INTEGRATION The first integration of IP telephony with the CRM system was developed and implemented.
2018

Cooperation
The company has got one more supplier – Vodafone (Ukraine). The number of regular customers has exceeded 100.

Progress The portfolio of services has been replenished with the possibility of renting telephone numbers. The implementation of a multi-level interactive voice menu – IVR has been launched.

Developed and launched a referral program for partners. The first partner brought a new client.

Cooperation
The line of suppliers was supplemented by the company Kyivstar (Ukraine). One of the company’s clients was a well-known brand – a chain of stores “Baza Avtozvuka” (Ukraine). The company has its first international client.

The list of the company’s services has been supplemented: auto-dialing, a new callback button, rest API support.

Cooperation
The company’s client portfolio includes more than 500 active projects from various business areas. Among them: are the Pokupon marketplace, the Zakupka.com platform, the Lvovsky Maetok residential complex, and many others.

The company has expanded the list of services provided. Added services: predictive dialing, speech synthesis, sending SMS messages, telephone-event constructor, a system for automatic replacement of telephone numbers, notification and reporting system.

Cooperation with the GigaCloud cloud operator of the GigaGroup group of companies has begun. The partner network includes more than 50 permanent partner companies.

Clients The number of clients has significantly increased, among the well-known brands are BRSM-nafta, LCD “New Khotov” (Goodwill), the financial network “Creditmarket” and others.

A global update of the platform has been carried out, a transition to a cluster architecture has been implemented, the level of quality of services provided has been improved, and the technological capacity of the system has been significantly increased. Services for recognition of answering machines and automatic control of telephone numbers for SPAM supplemented the list of services provided by the company.

Nextel is rebranding and becoming UniTalk. Every year, UniTalk releases dozens of updates that significantly expand functionality, making the platform as flexible as possible for the most demanding customers. Part of the services was transferred to Amazon. The module on multilingualism and the support of time zones are implemented. The company has more than 1000 regular customers.
